Raise the Rates in Vancouver challenged people in BC to try to eat for a week on $26. This represents the amount of money a single able-bodied adult has left for food after they’ve paid for shelter, transit and a cell phone. Redeye’s Peter Driftmier took the challenge and he comes into the studio to talk about how it went.
