Broadribb swam to gold and a new world record in the S2 classification of the womens 50m freestyle.
The 24-year-old from Birmingham recorded a time of one minute 15.46secs in beating Irelands Mairead Berry.
Vickis success comes on the back of claiming a bronze in the same event four years ago in Atlanta.
