Questions raised about the suitability of the Queens Diamond Jubilee celebration dinner guests. Diplomats believe that the Sri Lankan president, Mahinda Rajapaksa, bore responsibility for a 2009 massacre of tens of thousands of mainly Tamil people in a crackdown on rebels despite the fact that 90% of those killed were inocent civlians and many were killed by the Sri-Lankan military in socalled safe no fire zones which were implemented by then ignored by Mahinda Rajapaksa.
