Progress at radio4all! Servers are now in their new temporary homes, mbanna3 in San Francisco and the archive server emma in Santa Cruz. Your support is essential if the service is to continue, there are bandwidth bills to pay every month and failing disk drives to replace. Volunteers do the work, but disk drives and bandwidth are not free. Click on this bar to contribute, even a dollar helps.

This week's show features stories from China Radio International, Spanish National Radio, Radio Deutsche-Welle, NHK World Radio Japan, Radio Havana Cuba, and the Voice of Russia.
From CHINA- China and Russia have signed large agreements on energy. Singapore has been ranked the fifth least corrupt country in the world by Transparency International. The US Senate approved an amendment which supports Japan's claim to disputed islands in the East China Sea. Charity food banks are opening at an unprecedented rate in Britain.
From SPAIN- Unemployment has hit record highs in the EU as the economies slump into recession. Following Palestinian recognition at the UN Israel announced an expansion of 3000 new settler homes in East Jerusalem.
From GERMANY- Palestinian President Abbas received a heroes welcome at home while Israel announced withholding taxes and tariffs due to Palestine. Greece has announced plans to buy back about half of its debt.
From JAPAN- The international community is urging N Korea to not test a rocket launch. Radioactive decontamination following the Fukushima disaster has only been completed in 18% of homes in the region. Industrialized nations and emerging economies are clashing at the UN Climate Change Conference. Japan is being pressed to stick to its emissions target and received another "Fossil of the day" award. European countries are harshly criticizing Israel for its expansion plans.
From CUBA- Palestinian President Abbas is returning to the UN to seek a resolution against Israeli expansion. Iranian television has shown images of a US drone that was shot down in Iranian air space. The Pentagon has confirmed it plans to expand spying worldwide.
From RUSSIA- The US led "war on terror" is simultaneously shrinking and swelling.

I was interviewed for an informative weekly radio show Mediageek, available at http://radio.mediageek.net

All that plus times and frequencies for listening at home. It's free to rebroadcast, please notify me if you're airing it and haven't notified me in the last month, please mention the website if you only air a portion. If you just want to listen and have a slow connection, try the streaming version- lower sound quality but good enough and way easier if you don't have a high-speed internet connection. If streaming is a problem because of your slow connection, download the smaller file- it takes 20 minutes or less, and will play swell in any mp3 player application (RealPlayer, Winamp, Quicktime, iTunes, etc) you have on your computer.
NEW TIME SLOT on KZYX! This program will be aired on Sunday afternoon at 4pm (PDST) on KZYX/Z Philo CA, you might be able to stream via < http://www.kzyx.org >

I hope you'll listen and air this if you're connected with a radio station. I am still wondering how to get financially compensated for the 25 hours I put into this program weekly- any ideas are appreciated. Any stations rebroadcasting this (or listeners) are welcome to donate for production costs. You can do so through the website. Many thanks to those that have donated! No Guilt! (maybe a little)
