Two prominent Canadians, Jeff Rubin and David Suzuki were in Winnipeg Monday October 1 to speak at the Royal Manitoba Theatre Centre Mainstage as part of a national tour focused on merging economics with environmental principles to create a more sustainable future.
David Suzuki is an academic, broadcaster, author and award-winning environmental activist. Jeff Rubin formerly Chief Economist and Chief Strategist at CIBC World Markets, author of the books 'ENd of Growth' and 'Why Your World is about to get a Whole Lot Smaller,' and one of the world's most sought after energy experts.
