On April 3, the Federal Aviation Administration held its first online forum on the use of drones and issues of privacy. It's the latest in a year that is already shaping up to be one where drones are at the center of controversy. EdTech magazine stepped into the fray April 2, with an investigation of drone research as revenue generator and area of discipline on college campuses. Walter Smolarek joins the program to discuss drones and universities, along with upcoming actions against drone deployment. On Saturday, April 13, the ANSWER Coalition and a host of organizations have called for a rally in Washington, DC to protest drone use internationally.
