As of 12/4/2016 the servers are now in their new homes, the web server in Fremont and the archive server emma in Santa Cruz. Some of the pre-2004 archive programs are not yet online but will be soon. Your support is essential if the service is to continue, there are bandwidth bills to pay every month and failing disk drives to replace. Volunteers do the work, but disk drives and bandwidth are not free. Click on this bar to contribute, even a dollar helps.

What do cigarettes and oil have in common? Robert Shirkey thinks that they are both dangerous to your health, that maybe they should be labeled the same. His group "Our Horizon" wants gas station nozzles to remind people when they fill up... "Hey! This is bad for you!". I grill Robert about his idea, both the premise and the realistic expectations of its success and impact change. In the second half of the show we take a look back in time with the Green Majority's founder Jordan Poppenk. We talk about his memories of the early show and where its gone since then.

Reminder: CIUT Fundraiser show is next week! We can only continue to do the show with the amazing support of CIUT and we need you to tell them you appreciate the work we do so they continue to support us. to donate, make sure you say that The Green Majority is your favorite show so we get credit for your donation!
