Chris Holmes, now known as 'Mr. Cake', made headlines yesterday after it emerged that he had quit his job as an immigration officer at Stansted Airport by baking his resignation âletterâ. Mr. Holmes told his supervisors that he wanted to devote 'time and energy' to his family and business interests after recently becoming a father, and once his brother-in-law shared an image of the resignation cake, the story went viral on Twitter.
