Please note that the Radio4All website will be moving over to new server hardware on August 2nd starting at 10 AM Pacific/1PM Eastern. The work should last two to three hours. During that time, the server will be offline.

Your support is essential if the service is to continue, there are bandwidth bills to pay every month and failing disk drives to replace. Volunteers do the work, but disk drives and bandwidth are not free. We encourage you to contribute financially, even a dollar helps. Click here to donate.Welcome to the new Radio4all website! The Richmond Region Energy Alliance is one of 40 initiatives across the US funded by the Department of Energy to provide comprehensive resources for home energy improvement. RREA provides access to licensed energy assessors who perform home audits, to contractors who can complete the renovations, to rebates, loans and other financing options, and to quality-assurance follow-up assessments from EarthCraft. The energy audit is invaluable for identifying a home's infrastructural weaknesses (common culprits are inadequate insulation and duct leakage) and provides homeowners the information they need to focus repairs where they're needed most. RREA hopes to facilitate livable comfort, lower energy bills, promote energy efficiency, and bolster local economies, and they especially service older homes that predate building codes and first-time homeowners who receive egregious energy bills.
