As I walked down the side of the highway (Transcanada) just east of Moncton New Brunswick during a hot day with a large backpack, and another bag on the front of me, as I talk about my thoughts, and physical condition while cars and transport trucks are whipping past me just three feet away or less.

This is only five minutes of a six cassette set which I am digitising for distribution on CD-Rom eventually.
