Welcome to the Bizarro Warhollian future, where maybe everyone isn't famous for 15 minutes, but they're on camera all the fucking time!
In putting together several Conspiracy/conspiracy shows in the past month, I began to find a strong thread of material touching on covert surveillance issues that I thought could tie in nicely with an NSA theme, and tonight's show is the result. This show has chunks of everything in the mix--crazy preachers, gibbering crackpots, paranoid visionaries, Canadian defense ministers, Huey Freeman, Oingo Boingo, Zappa, The Ramones, Sloppy Seconds, The Spears, Zoogz Rift, The Deviants, Francis E. Dec, even the insidious Mark Zuckerberg--and the whole thing is wrapped up nicely with a song I found at WREK that is 2013-fresh, an exquisite number called "They're Watching Us from Satellites" by Lennie Berger that's a damned good one to dance to.
