Activists say the federal government has changed the process in order to head off a repeat of the hearings into the Northern Gateway pipeline, where 1200 people registering their opposition. This is what’s behind the lengthy application process and limited window of opportunity to apply. The Wilderness Committee is offering workshops to help as many people as possible through the process. Eoin Madden is climate campaigner with the Wilderness Committee.
