Also discussed are the parallels to Guantanamo, the raids by the FBI of the homes of peace activists, our legal system since 9/11 and what is being done to counteract this slide into tyranny. The movie about this trial "Waiting for Mercy" ( will be shown at the Univ. of Hartford on Monday, Feb. 24, 2014 at 7:00 PM in the Auerbach Auditorium, in Hillyer Hall.
