Celia Jeune is a former magistrate and the sister of jailed ex-vet and 70 year old aviator Maurice Kirk. Maurice was just about to file his final papers in a private civil prosecution of South Wales Police for persecution when he was arrested by South Wales police, charged, jailed on spurious charges and branded a dangerous threat to society.
Inside Cardiff and Swansea prison for the last 12 months now Maurice has found it unable to carry on his case against South Wales Police and is also believed to be seriously ill, possibly with intestinal or similar cancer but treatment and diagnosis is being refused him. Celia believes that the South Wales Police want Maurice to die of cancer in jail so he cannot complete his prosecution of them and bring crooked police in South Wales to justice. The cat and mouse game South Wales Police are playing with Maurice Kirk is a reminder to us all what corruption is possible in Britain today and a warning of the dangers of a lawless nation and a police state.

Maurice was registered MAPPA level 3 (serious terrorist) on 08 June 2009 and de-registered on 17 December 2009
on 04 June 2014 he was re-registered level 3 and reduced to level 2 (common criminal) on 18 July 2014.”
