4th session of two day symposium organized by Helen Caldicott to educate and alert the public to increased threat of nuclear war from pathological thinking about what constitutes "security".

Ideas as "winnable nuclear war" and "automating launch command" of nuclear weapons must be checked by the Public if we are to reverse the current course. Most US politicians are too self absorbed, insecure, financially self interested and mesmerized by the nuclear idol to act in responsibly given what is now known.
