Everyone remembers where they were on September 11, or when JFK was shot. RFPI asked listeners where they were when the station had it's gates chained. The station has now been occupied by activists and staff for over 90 days.

The determined station manager, staff, and volunteers have held viligence of the station for over 90 days with no end in site. The University for Peace seeks to force RFPI off the air and silence it's coverage of the anti-globalization voice. The University for Peace is using it's diplomatic immunity to dodge any court action.
