This show featured news and a live interview with Jack Norton, a phD student at CUNY's Graduate Center. We talked about the political economy of prisons, prison closures in New York State, and why there are so many prisons in certain parts of Upstate New York. We also re-broadcast an interview from the Prison Voices Project. The interview featured Khalil Cumberbatch, who spent time in prison in New York and is a national advocate for prison reform.
