So I think I saw something on Facebook that said it was the first time in 800+ years that there would be 5 Sundays and Mondays in August. I thought - I can come up with a theme for my show based on that - and that's what I did. Tonight's show - lagniappe - one extra (think baker's dozen or a volume control to 11) is the theme that got hatched. So tonight we'll hear a track - and then one more (sort of a twofer show). Well we got lots of great tracks to play, but by the time I tried to find out more about the 800 year event I realized that was total BS. It actually happens quite frequently. So having the Haberdasher piped into your home 5 Mondays in August - it just might happen again in your lifetime.
So the theme might be flawed, but I guarantee the songs are awesome. Keep it tuned here.
