International observers claim that the Kagame regime is helping recruit armed fighters out of the Burundi refugee camps in Rwanda. Kagame retaliates by saying he is going to shut down the camps and move them to other countries. This violates international law, as only the UN agencies can remove refugees.

Refugees are protected, and it is the legal responsibility of the UN to guarantee that camps are peaceful, have adequate health care, have nutrition and that they are kept a 40 kilometer distance from a border where there might be difficulties.

Taylor also addresses President Paul Kagame visit and appearing with General Romeo Dallaire at the exclusive, imperialist based “The National Club.” Will Dallaire, the self-proclaimed fighter against child soldiers, question Kagame about this activity taking place on Rwandan soil?
