Barghouti, a medical doctor, spoke two weeks ago in Berkeley about the devastating impact of the Israeli separation wall on the lives, rights, health and spirit of the Palestinians.

Dr. Mustafa Barghouti is one of the most prominent leaders of the Palestinian struggle. He is co-founder, with the late Edward Said, of the Mubadra, the Palestinian National Initiative. The Initiative inspires participation of many youth and women.

He is a medical doctor and his organization, the Union Palestinian Medical Relief Committees, are providing health and community services to 1 million Palestinians each year.

He spoke two weeks ago in Berkeley about the devastating impact of the Israeli separation wall on the lives, rights, health and spirit of the Palestinians.
