Peter Rosenthal had the good fortune to know Irwin Corey, who mocked punditry by appearing as “The World’s Foremost Authority” and providing hilarious monologues which would end with: “What was the question?” Corey worked with Lennie Bruce, Dick Gregory, and many others who took on issues of class, race and war, and gave their audiences courage.
