Listen to an interview with John Clarke of the Ontario Coalition Against Poverty (OCAP) in Toronto.
Produced for the CKUT (90.3fm) community news collective by Aaron Lakoff.
So far this spring, 10 homeless individuals have died in the streets of Toronto, while seemingly progressive local politicians pay cheap lip service to the problem as a means to garner support.
