As a fast-growing town of retirement homes and flats with a sea view the journey by car from Portishead to the M5 motorway and to Bristol is becoming intolerable and just a few more bureaucratic hurdles need to be cleared before the line can begin carrying passengers once more. Dylan Romeo is a local filmmaker not long out of City of Bristol College who is making films in his free time off work as a cameraman, editor and producer. Hes looked at people let down by the state care system as well as vulnerable people sucked into modern slavery and the difficulties of the elderly faced with partners suffering from dementia.
