David Orchard is an organic farmer, environmental activist, and two-time contender for the leadership of the PRogressive Conservative Party of Canada. He is also the author of The Fight for Canada: Four Centuries of Resistance to American Expansionism. Gus Van Harten is Associate Professor of Law at York University's Osgood Hall Law School, and author of the paper: Foreign investor protections in the Trans-Pacific Partnership for te Canadian Centre for Policy Alternatives.
