The older archives (>10 years old) have been substantially recovered -- more than 23,800 files' worth -- and are now reachable through the search engine and via file download. Email here if you have any questions.
Your support is essential if the service is to continue, there are bandwidth bills to pay every month and failing disk drives to replace. Volunteers do the work, but disk drives and bandwidth are not free. We encourage you to contribute financially, even a dollar helps. Click here to donate.

2010-03-30: Emergency Fundraising Message - Please Read!

Dear Radio Project Users, We really need to raise some money as we are $1500 in debt to our bandwidth provider. We work on this project as a labor of love, but our ISP needs to be paid. We have not flogged you for donations, but now we must if the project is to keep going because only a few of the fifty thousand or so monthly users are taking the responsibility to reciprocate. We have negotiated a flat rate for a certain amount of usage; however, we are now using double what we are allotted. If people don't come forward, we will have to choke the bandwidth by half which is likely to be very frustrating for people. One thing is for sure, the Radio Project Collective members are in no position to pay for this out of pocket. On top of that, we are almost out of disk space again, and have been unsuccessful at getting any other big non-profit archives to mirror our content (such as archive org) We need to raise ten thousand dollars ASAP. We have added an option to our donation form that allows people to subscribe for a dollar a year via PayPal. Anybody who can afford a computer and an internet connection can afford that. Some of you have given over and over, and we thank you, because you are carrying the rest of the users on your shoulders. This project has been going for 13 years now. If folks would like it to keep going, then please subscribe. We don't want to continue working on something that is not worth a dollar a year to you. The A-Infos Radio Project Collective
