Phil discusses a recent episode involving a kidnapping in Haiti, and how it relates to the U.S. imperial attitude towards that country.

The U.S. plays with other countries, but not "well." Yet Canada and others are desperate to hang on to its trousers.

Phil also talks about the surrender of the Azov Battalion in Azov Steel. Unlike what Western media told you, Russia is not treating all captured soldiers as criminals. It is distinguishing between them.
