The UE is blazing new trails for the labor movement through the use of innovative and militant tactics to counter the continuing erosion of workers rights. Plant occupations, strategic organizing strikes, the establishment of fully functioning premajority unions, and the use of civil disobedience to defend workers rights have all been part of this work.
