The so-called International Criminal Court touted by Navi Pillay is not a UN court, it is a mutation, a coalition of neo-colonial NGO cabal trying to place their "values" above the UN Charter (after 20 years they have convicted a handful of Africans). Pillay's Nobel is a feeble attempt to keep the ICC in business.
