Mayor Wilder speaks to Leadership Metro Richmond at a forum on regional cooperation, held on the campus of Virginia Union University. Wilder stated his opposition to an ordinance that would issue tax waivers for the proposed Arts Center downtown. Wilder also speaks on Education as a priority. (Note that there are others who are claiming that Wilder's budget actions don't match up with Wilder's statements in support of education).

WRIR interviews Ted Racheau, president of OHHIC, AND a second interview with Jeanne Tidy, Last week WRIR interviewed Charles Pool, a neighborhood activist that is upset at proposed changes that would change OHHIC's bylaws to remove the vote of membership from the community. This week OHHIC gets their chance to rebut.
