City of Richmond has changed out verifiable mechanical voting machines for the electronic voting machines.

Virginia Performing Arts Foundation (VPAF) succeeds in pursuading City of Richmond in letting them get an extension on their fundraising deadline to get money from Taxpayers who are paying an additional penny on Meals Taxes. Some (SaveRichmond.com) claim this is corporate welfare that will harm and not help the Arts. "They didn't do any studies ... They decided to build a Symphony Hall because they thought Symphony doners had a lot of money."
NOW there are two City Councilperson on the Board and will be inspecting some expenses that are alleged to be excessive.
Mayor Wilder is now joining the critics of the VPAF. The former Executive Director of the Carpenter Center (Mr. Katz) that would be a key component to the VPAF facility was interviewed and is a critic as well.
