Levine, who worked for the DEA for 17 years and currently hosts the show "Expert Witness" on WBAI in New York, discusses the role of the CIA, the Drug Czar, and the Partnership for a Drug-Free America in the war against drugs. In this program, titled "Cheerleaders for the Drug War", we learn that Levine has come to believe that the so-called "drug war" is a complete and utter failure, as well as a waste of money and lives.
