Dr. Luis Nieves Falcon, the chair of the Puerto Rico Human Rights Committee is interviewed on "The International Connection" live in the studio to discuss the resistance of the citizens of the island of Vieques to the US Navy bombing range. Dr. Nieves Falcon also goes through a history of the colonialization of Puerto Rico over the last 400 years and tells of the many political prisoners who have given their lives for Puerto Rican independance.
