Your support is essential if the service is to continue, there are bandwidth bills to pay every month and failing disk drives to replace. Volunteers do the work, but disk drives and bandwidth are not free. We encourage you to contribute financially, even a dollar helps. Click here to donate.

There are many writings in the Bible that have been misused to promote oppression: of Slaves, Indigenous Peoples, Women, the Earth, and LGBT people. In the 1970’s, a group of incarcerated activist African American men noted that there was a concentration of groundbreaking events in the struggle for liberation that occurred in August. Thus, we desire to take a critical look at a part of Scripture that has been misused for centuries and reclaim our collective freedom as children of God.
