Valerie Slater, Staff Attorney at the disAbility Law Center of Virginia describes the laws that protect children with disabilities against separate and unequal treatment in public education. And during this week’s “News You Can Use,” we ask whether the State Corporation Commission will do something about car title lending, as asked to by the General Assembly.
