Next, the TFS crew's newest member, Neka, interviews Keith Lamar (AKA Bomani Shakur), a defendant in the Lucasville Uprising case, facing the death penalty for allegedly leading a death squad of prisoners who killed snitches in April of 1993, of which he claims innocence. Find out more about his case and check out his book at his website, http://keithlamar.org and if you're in or around Ohio and can make his hearings, please do show support.

Zoolander
April 6, 2014, 5:55 a.m.
ZOOLANDER (2001) Itâs a walk off! Had to Q this one up in anticipation of the upcoming sequel. They used to call it âBlue Steelâ, now we just call it Duck Lips⦠This chiseled gem tells the story of Derek Zoolander, an intellectually challenged but bone structure-blessed male model whoâs despondent after being eclipsed in popularity by an equally vacuous rival, Hansel (Owen Wilson). Upon his reluctant retirement, Derek is invited to a day spa by previously standoffish fashion designer Mugatu (Will Ferrell), where the befuddled model is brainwashed by the mysterious Katinka (Milla Jovovich) into assassinating the prime minister of Malaysia. In addition to Stillerâs real-life wife Christine Taylor, Zoolander co-stars his father Jerry Stiller, along with Jon Voight, David Duchovny, Andy Dick, and Fabio⦠We give it shot! That, and our Top 3 âEndearing Clueless Charactersâ. Should be a really really good looking episode, Especially from a bunch of guys who canât review good but wanna learn to do other stuff good too.

Taking the Pulse on Immigration Reform for 2014?
April 5, 2014, 8:51 a.m.
Taking the Pulse on Immigration Reform for 2014?
featuring
Oscar Chacon, Ex. Dir., National Alliance of Latin American and Caribbean
Communities Coalition
Will there be immigration policy reform in 2014? The answer, sadly, seems unlikely - at least not the kind of reform that would result in solid, forward-looking public policy. But, having coming to that reality, advocates remain determined and are they are going beyond all the current proposals in Washington and are digging even deeper into the structural problems with our out-dated, isolationist and fundamentally inhumane policy regime around immigrants and immigration. Along with this process, in the short term activists are ramping up their efforts to put a stop to the rampant detentions and deportations that are causing so much pain in immigrant communities and we ll talk about how both fronts are progressing.

The Quebec Election: The Campaign You Didn't See
April 4, 2014, 9:31 a.m.
With the province of Quebec in the run up to a contentious election, the Global Research News Hour takes a close look at the issues and dynamics of the election not getting sufficient airplay in the mainstream media.
Academic, former politician and author of "The New American Empire" and "The Code for Global Ethics" Rodrigue Tremblay joins us first. He believes the sovereignty question has been irresponsibly and dishonestly used as a polarizing force to the benefit of the federalist Liberals, that the Charter of Values which bans religious adornments by public employees on the workplace has been unfairly represented outside of Quebec, and how issues around corruption particularly in the Liberal party are being ignored. He also seems to find an influx of immigrants into Canada and Quebec as creating what he calls 'integration problems.'
Writer and community activist Stefan Christoff has a very different perspective. As far as he is concerned, the Charter of Values is racist and the main parties are not addressing the question of austerity which has mobilized tens of thousands of people in the streets in recent days and continuing through election day.
Election Day is April 7.
