Noura Erakat is a Palestinian-American Human Rights attorney and activist. She speaks about the evolution of International Law and Human Rights and provides a brief historical landscape of the Nation State and the late in coming Zionist colonial project.
She speaks about the failure of the community of States that form the International legal system to follow through with proscribed sanctions against the State of Israel for violating civilized norms, as proscribed in various treaties and declarations. She explains the different levels of Rights that Israel assigns people with-in and outside its undeclared borders and unpacks Israeli State policy; one structured to deny Arab residents and Palestinians in occupied territory their basic human rights. Why does Israel operate with impunity? She answers that question and offers a perspective on what is to be done.

Our culture lacks--and much needs--puberty rites for adolescents, such as civilized societies have. These ceremonies teach kids adult roles, reinforce community values, celebrate sex, define the licit and illicit, increase social cohesion, help teens through a difficult period, justify a big party, honor the gods, etc. I'll describe the rites of Ghana's Ashanti people, play 2 songs and a 1958 health-class movie for girls, and discuss why puberty rites won't soon be coming to the U.S.

George Demohrenschildt and David Ferre both died suddenly, with gunshots to the head, within hours after speaking with reporters about the assassination of President John F. Kennedy. Reality Sandwich host Paul Kangas discusses the figures and their roles in the conspiracy.
The topic of George H.W. Bush's role in the conspiracy is also raised. Bush was the subject of a number of FBI memos regarding the events of the day.

Hal Verb was an early JFK assassination scholar. He was one of the first to teach a course at San Francisco State University, and had a TV show on SF Cable Access for many years. His appearance on Reality Sandwich was always packed with details.
The second half of the show with Paul Kangas alone, discusses media response to the Oliver Stone film "JFK", and the public's attraction. Financially it put Warner Brothers studio in the black after many years.

Interviews Global Network Coordinator Bruce Gagnon

Bruce Gagnon is the Coordinator of the Global Network Against Weapons & Nuclear Power in Space. He was a co-founder of the Global Network when it was created in 1992.
Between 1983â1998 Bruce was the State Coordinator of the Florida Coalition for Peace & Justice and has worked on space issues for 27 years. His articles have appeared in publications like: Earth Island Journal, National Catholic Reporter, Asia Times, Le Monde Diplomatique, Albuquerque Journal, Sekai Journal (Japan), CounterPunch, Space News, Z Magazine, and Canadian Dimension. Bruce has a new version of his book out in 2008 called Come Together Right Now: Organizing Stories from a Fading Empire. He is a member of the National Writers Union (UAW Local # 1981 AFL-CIO) and writes a popular blog called Organizing Notes.
Bruce is a Vietnam-era veteran and began his career by working for the United Farm Workers Union in Florida organizing fruit pickers. Bruce is an active member of Veterans for Peace.
Stuart interviews Bruce about the ongoing tensions in the Korean peninsula, he speaks about US actions and motivations in the region and what should be a citizens response to this insanity.
