Homeless people have been sleeping in tents in Oppenheimer Park, in Vancouver's downtown eastside. Recently over 30 of them got tickets from the Vancouver police. Laura Track is with the legal advocacy group Pivot Legal Society. She talks about Pivot's strategies in the face of this continued pressure on the people and public spaces in the neighbourhood.
