Rather, he talks about his involvement in Salt Spring Solutions, a community group on Salt Spring Island in British Columbia that is working to tackle the island's housing crisis, in the face of opposition that is largely framed in environmental terms. He also talks about what relevance the struggle on Salt Spring Island has for the broader environmental and climate movements, and about how crucial it is that those movements bring questions of justice into the core of their work.

The Y chromosome, compared to the body’s 45 other chromosomes, is very fragile. It has been worn down by millions years of attrition and over time has lost many of its genes. It is unable to exchange genetic material or repair itself because it does not combine with other chromosomes like the X chromosome does. Professor Bryan Sykes, author of “Adam’s Curse, A Future Without Men,” explains the degeneration of the Y chromosome.

The second movement we focus on today is visibility of the Palestinian rights movement on US campuses today, in particular the development of the Students for Justice in Palestine (SJP) movement which has initiated immense pushback from Zionist campus groups, the well-funded Jewish Lobby, and too often, their university administrations and Boards of Trustees.
