While the RWDSU challenges Amazons roadblocks to its unionization drive at Amazons Bessemer Alabama warehouse we cant help but think how different the outcome would be if the Protecting the Right to Organize (PRO) Act was the law! with Pro-Union Workers, Bessemer Alabama Amazon Warehouse with Brandon Magner, labor lawyer and who writes about unions and the law at Substack, Labor Law Lite
While Amazon has left no stone unturned in its efforts to gaslight its own employees. We wont let Amazons lies, deception and illegal activities go unchallenged, which is why we are formally filing charges against all of the egregious and blatantly illegal actions taken by Amazon during the union vote. Amazon knew full well that unless they did everything they possibly could, even illegal activity, their workers would have continued supporting the union. RWDSU Pres. Stuart Appelbaum
But, if the PRO Act was already law, Amazon wouldn't have been able to resort to its dirty anti-union tricks!
