Mon., May 7, 2007 - 9/11 Truth Show First Hour with Robin Hordon and David Ray Griffin-
Robin Hordon, former AA Air Traffic Controller at the Boston Air Route Traffic Control Center, located in Nashua, NH, 1970 - 1981. Former Certified Commercial Pilot for light aircraft holding multiple category ratings. Former Certified Flight Instructor and Certified Ground Instructor. After leaving the FAA, he had a 12-year career in the field of comedy ending up as artistic coordinator for "Catch A Rising Star" in Harvard Square in Cambridge, MA. In that capacity, he chose to support comic talent that spoke truth to power, truth to hatred, truth to racism, truth to sexism, truth to xenophobia, and truth to militarism, not knowing where the young talent would go, but knowing that they would say something somewhere for the good of the country and for the good of the world. Currently he lives in Kingston, WA, where he continues his four decades of activism on behalf of peace and justice in the world.
His unique experience gave Hordon tremendous insight into the actual events of September 11th. David Ray Griffin gives him special thanks for the extraordinary amount of time, going far beyond any reasonable call of duty, in increasing our understanding of FAA air traffic control in general and the 9/11 actions of controllers at Boston Center in particular, which contributed greatly to the first chapter of his new book Debunking 9/11 Debunking- An Answer to Popular Mechanics and the Other Defenders of the Official Conspiracy Theory.
David Ray Griffin is professor of philosophy of religion and theology, emeritus, at Claremont School of Theology and Claremont Graduate University in Claremont, California, where he remains a co-director of the Center for Process Studies. His 30 books include The New Pearl Harbor: Disturbing Questions about the Bush Administration and 9/11 (2004), The 9/11 Commission Report: Omissions and Distortions (2005), The American Empire and the Commonwealth of God: A Political, Economic, Religious Statement (2006 with John B. Cobb, Richard A. Falk, and Catherine Keller), Christian Faith and the Truth Behind 9/11: A Call to Reflection and Action (2006), and 9/11 and American Empire- Intellectuals Speak Out (2006, with Peter Dale Scott). He is one of the clearest voices challenging the official narrative of 9/11 and its defenders within the media.
The first half hour of the show begins with an introduction to Robin Hordon, and with David Ray Griffin speaking about Debunking 9/11 Debunking. Robin Hordon, then detail his understanding of the events of September 11th from his unique viewpoint. His main point is that there was an institutional stand-down in June 2001 when protocols were changed, so that quick emergency responses to emergency situations were deliberately slowed down by forcing them to go through different channels. Regular emergency protocols were reinstated on September 12th.

This is a continuation of Robin Hordon (First Hour) sharing his insights into what happened on September 11, 2001. Damning clips of testimony that clearly states that the military was aware of the hijacked planes, that were omitted from the official 9/11 Report, are played with Hordon's comments, as well as the testimony by Norman Mineta about the plane that was monitored coming into the Pentagon, with the aid asking Cheney "Do the orders still stand?" before the Pentagon was hit. The tapes show that the military could have intercepted planes and has been lying. Their official timelines have changed and the new lies are perhaps more feeble than their original lies. The last half hour of the show looks at overcoming the challenges posed by the mainstream media, the nature and history of false flag operations, and their own activist efforts to merge the 9/11 Truth Movement with the larger Peace and Justice movements.
