Please note that the Radio4All website will be moving over to new server hardware on August 2nd starting at 10 AM Pacific/1PM Eastern. The work should last two to three hours. During that time, the server will be offline.
Welcome to the new Radio4all website! If you cannot log in, you may need to reset your password. Email here if you need additional support.
Your support is essential if the service is to continue, there are bandwidth bills to pay every month and failing disk drives to replace. Volunteers do the work, but disk drives and bandwidth are not free. We encourage you to contribute financially, even a dollar helps. Click here to donate.Welcome to the new Radio4all website! On April 5, 2015, Kade Crockford of the American Civil Liberties Union spoke at the Community Church of Boston on the subject of Civil Liberties effects in case Boston decides, as many of its "leaders" want, to host the 2024 Olympics. Truth and Justice Radio was there to record.
Crockford's presentation makes it crystal clear that the effects would be devastating, not only during the games, but starting years before and enduring many years beyond. She cites caged "free speech zones," criminalization of protest, arming and militarization of police, and massive surveillance infrastructure. Two billion dollars of taxpayer money is slated for Olympic "security" in Boston. That's the entire cost of running Boston's public transportation system for a full year.
She does show some slides, which listeners obviously won't see, but we like to think her descriptions will suffice.
Truth and Justice Radio is aired Sundays 6-10am ET on WZBC 90.3FM, Newton, MA, streaming and archived for two weeks at wzbc.org; go to TJR's website, truthandjusticeradio.org, for playlists and much more.
