Attorney Nancy Rossner at the Community Tax Law Project, explains the Earned Income Tax Credit (or EITC) that helps low-income workers keep more of their income through credits resulting in a larger income tax refund. And during this week’s “News You Can Use,” we’ll explain recent efforts to stop financial exploitation of vulnerable Virginians.
