Where was George W Bush during those magical months of 1973? Considering rumors of his behavior, perhaps he doesn't recall it himself. It hardly matter except in the eyes of hardened conservatives, many of whom also never served. The Average Network served out the Viet Nam War nursing a severe headcold, with touches of dropsy. But the President's lack of committment also indicates a pre-conditioned tendency toward privilege and dishonesty. The Averge Network was proud of it's headcold!
