'Western Harbour' Development – Thousands of homes planned in the Hotwells area of the city, Mayor Marvin Rees hasn’t consulted the locals enough, only discussing with speculators in secret. Bristol City Council are arranging preliminary 'unofficial' feedback sessions to 'test the water'. Anyway this projected Western Harbour development is simply a 2011 scheme called 'Bristol 2050' dreamed up by developers and speculators in their lobby group 'Business West'.
