US Congresswoman Lynn Rivers and Georgia state Representative Nan Grogan Orrock school delegates to the Women Legislators Lobby on how the arms industry colonized the US national budget. Recorded in Washington DC in 1999; as of 2025, the numbers are bigger but the scam remains the same, as Trump's budget bill discards the remnants of domestically essential spending in favour of welfare for the arms industry.
