Debits: for not making archived audio of this available--until, on a whim, an enthusiastic listener decided privately to record and upload audio edit to www.radio4all.net ... Notes: his program, though different in character to many on www.radio4all.net, answers the main criteria for this site : that the program be of broadcast quality, not available elsewhere in archived form, and with a listenership big enough to demonstrate an acceptably high number of downloads ... Archivist strongly recommends that any broadcaster who considers airing any of the programs in this series acquire specific permission in advance in writing from http://kuow.org in Seattle (KUOW 94.9fm in Seattle is an NPR station) ...
