Tre Arrow, imprisoned earth activist, seeking political refugee status in Canada, was appealing his extradition orders today in a Vancouver BC court. Tre's sister, Shawna, spoke with me from in front of the court house.

Please see trearrow.org for more information. Tre has been framed for some arson of some logging machinery in Oregon, and fled to Canada to escape persecution. He has been imprisoned for three years, fighting to stay out of the US.

His chances for a fair trial are shot due to the media's manipulations of his name, and his lawyers are trying hard to get a new hearing for his extradition.
