This is the second installment of "The Point." The show airs every Tuesday on WHRW 90.5 FM Binghamton and/or whrwfm.org on the internet. The show starts at 10 AM and ends at 1 PM Eastern time.

This show features the question and answer section from the Wayne/Susquehanna R.E.S.C.U.E. public forum. There were two speakers from the DEP (Mr Craig Lobins and Ms. Jennifer Means) and one speaker from Penn State cooperative extension (Mr. Brian Swistock).
