Starts in the middle of a discussion where Leslie and Carol Spooner are setting forth the procedure. Full board discussions of the first sections of the new bylaws, through "Membership."
This is the webcast-only session where the interim Pacifica National Board made a number of preliminary decisions regarding the new bylaws. There is no part I (before lunch), but someone else will surely have it.

Several people really wanted to hear this file, and so I made it available to everyone. It will be of great interest to hard core Pacifica activists.

We join the meeting about 10 minutes in, and there is one brief gap after two hours, when the webcast had to be changed.
