AFL-CIO attorney Virginia Diamond explains your rights under the Fair Labor Standards Act – a federal law which sets strict rules about minimum wage, overtime pay, and pay for tipped employees. And during this week’s “New You Can Use,” we’ll tell you about an on-line system to apply for Medicaid and other public assistance, another benefit brought about by Obamacare.
